Austin Event Hotel – Enjoy it All from Northcross Suites
Austin, the live music Capital of the World, is a city known for it’s year-round events, from music events to cultural, fashion, entertainment, government, university, and more. At Northcross Suites, we are the ideal home base for all of the upcoming Austin events in the near future. Nike Human 10K
August 31
Whether you’re a seasoned marathon runner or a newbie, you don’t want to miss the Nike Human 10K, the most unique race you’ll ever compete in. Why so unique? Take for instance, that you will be running with over 1.5 million folks in different cities across the globe (learn more here). After all that running, take it easy and relax in our spacious suites.
Fall Events:
Austin City Limits 2008
September 26th – 28th
One of the greatest festivals in the country, Austin City Limits is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to see 130 bands on 8 stages for 3 days (if you’re up to the task!). This year, enjoy performances by Beck, Foo Fighters, Robert Plant & Alison Kraus, Gnarls Barkley, The Raconteurs, & more. All of the shows take place on Austin’s beautiful Zilker Park, located less than ten minutes from Northcross Suites.
UT Football Season
August 30th – November 27th
Hook ’em Horns! Come cheer on the four-time national champions as they play Home Games on select dates throughout the year. Also, Inquire with the Northcross staff regarding special packages for large groups planning to cheer on the Longhorns!
Spring Events:
University of Texas Graduation
May 15th – 17th
Come celebrate all of the graduation festivities this May at the Northcross Suites. Being one of the largest universities in the country means that hotel rooms sell out quick, so book today to reserve a relaxing suite at Northcross Suites.
Rot Rally
June 12th – 15th
The Rot Rally, or the Republic of Texas Biker Rally, is one of the largest biker roundups in all of Texas. This year looks to be the best yet, with performances by the Charlie Daniels Band, Hank Williams III, Three Dog Night, and Canned Heat. After a long day of riding through the Austin hill country, rest easy at the Northcross Suites.
